
ABOUT DR. SPANO
Kristine V. Spano, Psy.D., is a clinical psychologist licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New York.

Dr. Spano administers psychological and neuropsychological assessments (i.e., ADHD and ASD testing) for adults (16+) in her private practice located in Philadelphia. She also specializes in treating a broad range of psychological concerns, including anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation issues through psychotherapy.

Dr. Spano is currently the Head of Adult Neuropsychology at Rittenhouse Psychiatric Associates. Previously, she served as the Director of Psychotherapy at RPA. She has been appointed President-Elect of the Philadelphia Society of Clinical Psychologists (PSCP: The Philadelphia Psychology Network). Additionally, Dr. Spano is a speaker for PESI, an organization that provides continuing education credits for healthcare professionals. Her most recent webinar, titled "Women's Mental Health Across the Lifespan," took place in June 2025.

Dr. Spano earned her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Before her work as a psychologist, she had a career in education, working at The Pingry School in New Jersey, where she also earned her master's degree in counseling from Rutgers University. Dr. Spano also has experience in the corporate industry, having managed the Analyst and Associate programs for Citigroup from 2007 to 2008.​

Outside of work, Dr. Spano resets her mind and body by regularly exercising, reading, and watching tennis. She also rejuvenates by spending time in the water when traveling.
